Team leader and senior expert international human rights for EU - Vietnam dialogue

human european consultancy, leading a larger consortium of human rights institutes, has been invited for a tender to support the EU - Vietnam dialogue in the field of human rights.

We are selecting a team leader (200 working days in 3 years) and a senior expert (150 working days in 3 years) for this project which is expected to start 1 October 2008.
